Added another layer of burnt sienna on the background, lately i seem to be doing very dark backgrounds, love the contrast against the flowers. Added some more yellows, and more french ultramarine for the shadow areas. Starting to get to the home stretch hoping to have these done today or tomorrow.

    Thanks for stopping by my blog and for your encouraging words.
    I admire you for doing WIP's and think one day it might be something i would like to try but have not been brave enough yet. And i am with you on the darks. That is my favorite part of the painting process when i can go in at the end with the dark paint and the painting seems to come alive at this point. Great job too by the way.
