I worked some more on the leaves, glazing over the previously painted ones with hansa yellow. I started working on some of the the tulips (one petal at a time) with winsor red and winsor + cobalt for the shaded areas. I will probably put in the shadow from the vase next. Hi Krista, I really love the way this is going! The leaves are painted with beautiful and subtle color changes. Is the vase cut glass? That will present a challenge for sure. I'll be watching to see how this progresses.
