Here I have continued working on the petals. I have kept the background the same, I will wait until I am finished the flowers and see if it needs adjusting.
I wet the background and dropped in random colors letting them mingle on the paper. I also started defining some of the petals on the inside sunflower.
Just finished this one this morning. It is watercolor and the size is 11×14. I had gone out last weekend to get some reference shots and this was a sunflower I can found along my way.
